Bridal gowns

We are bound to manufacturing timelines so we ask that you preorder at least 9 months in advance of your wedding to ensure we can get the dress made and sent to you. Please also take into consideration timing for alterations. Our dresses are made extra long to accommodate women of all heights so alterations will likely be needed.

Our lead designer, Aimée Nicole, designs all of our wedding gowns in Texas and then our gowns are made in California with American and imported materials. We are proud to be made in America!

Unfortunately, we do not offer alterations at this time. Please support your local tailor/seamstress. All of our dresses are able to be altered!

We do not offer custom dresses at this time.

Accessories

At this time, we do not design the charms that are used for our jewelry. We purchase our charms from a vendor in Texas. Our team then puts together all of the jewelry from the materials that we have from our location in Texas.

The vendor that we purchase our materials from uses components made of various types of materials including iron, carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and zinc. Some of the items also contain aluminum, magnesium, copper, tin, nickel, indium and titanium.

No, our jewelry is not safe for those who are allergic to certain metals as the vendor where we buy our materials from uses a mixture of metals. Please see the question 'What types of metals do you use for your jewelry?'

All of our jewelry is considered costume jewelry so we recommend that you keep the jewelry out of the sun and away from water. Please store your jewelry inside a climate controlled environment.

Shipping

We will let you know once we confirm a timeline from the manufacturer, however, we are estimating 6-9 months. Please order as soon as possible if your wedding is in 12 months or less.

Your happiness is important to us. Please send us a message and we can work on updating your order. Please note that we will be unable to make changes once we have started processing your order. You will have 30 days from the day you received your order to return or make exchanges.

When your order ships, we will send you the tracking information from the carrier as soon as we have it.

Gift cards are sent to the email address provided within 24 hours.

Accessories ship within 24-48 hours.

Most bridal gown orders will ship within 6 months. We do not have any stock on hand and all gowns are made in Los Angeles as orders come in. We will send you an email as soon as your order ships!

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100!

If your order is under $100, then we will give you shipping options and you can choose which shipping option is right for you.

Sales tax is calculated based on the customer's shipping address. Aimée Nicole Bridal has a nexus in Texas and must charge sales tax in Texas.

At this time, we can only ship within the United States. We are working on opening up international sales but at this time, we are sold only in the U.S.

All of our gift cards are delivered via email. Your loved one can use the e-gift card directly on our site.

Returns

Your happiness is important to us! We will happily return or exchange the items from your order within 30 days from purchase date. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Dresses must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned. If we cannot return your dress, please consider our buy-back program. Please note: we do not buy-back accessories.

Unfortunately, no. We can only accept returns from our store. If you bought your dress from a bridal store, please review their return policy.

Please click here to send us a message and include the following information: Order number, date of purchase, purchase amount, reason for return/exchange, if exchanging confirm which dress you want to replace the current dress.

We start processing your order immediately. If you need to change/cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate. If the item has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

Unfortunately, no. We do not offer credit for returns.

We will inspect and process your return within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation via email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. Credits are processed for the original cost of the merchandise plus tax—initial shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’d like to make it right. Please click here to let us know and we'll do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If we cannot send a replacement, you'll be refunded the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.

We do not offer returns on gift card purchases.

Buy-Back Program

Please don’t throw out your used gown! We hate waste so we are working on a program to buy back used Aimée Nicole Bridal gowns! Additional information coming soon.

The amount you will receive will depend on the age, condition, and general wear and tear of the gown.

We are working on a possible second hand closet or recycling program. This is TBD.
